We seek dancers, dance teachers, choreographers and curators who would love to visit us for a period of time and share their skills and experience to the young dancers in our academy. Work to create with them and also collaborate with our local choreographers. Interested artists can apply through this online form
The Ensibuko Arts Festival 2019 featured acts, performance and thaetre presentations from young upcoming dance artists and established arts companies and solo performers from across Uganda and Congo. Bringing together an audience of people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and countries.

We are currently in need of financial support. We are running a fundraiser. All year long we provide dance arts workshops to vulnerable communities in Uganda, culminating in our international arts festival. The 2018 festival featured dance performances, live graffiti painting, ancient traditional games, fashion theatre, dance theatre, poetry and arts workshops. All following the theme (Journey Through my Past)
In 2014, EAF held a free youth community event at the walukuba community centre. The event featured Dance workshops (Popping, Breakdance and Afro house). Wrapped up with dance battles, showcases and performances, and motivational speeches. Young creatives from Jinja, Mbiko, Kampala, Mbale and Gulu featured in the workshops and the battles plus showcases.
EAF held the first edition of her festival in 2017. The festival’s theme was “Roots of Creativity”. The festival aimed at freeing young creates to think, create and present innovative concepts of their own research. The festival featured dance competitions, performances and showcases from upcoming and renown crews and solo performers from across Uganda, Kenya, Congo and Sweden.
EAF facilitated free dance workshops for the girls of jinja school of nursing and midwifery. The outreach was focused on exclusivity for females to be introduced and inspired into the dance art.
We had a community outreach and worked with the kids of walukuba East suburbs. The workshops focused on teaching the kids the basics of dance with a main focus on breaking. But most importantly, we wanted the kids go through the experiences of being kids.
In 2016, We held a free community event in Jinja, Uganda. The event featured free dance workshops with teachers from Uganda, Finland and Sweden. The event was later wrapped up with dance showcase, performances and ciphers.
